One Year Ago!
Wishing these two a very happy first anniversary! We loved capturing their big day. They had so many sweet moments throughout their day.. like their pastor praying over the girls before the ceremony and a first "touch" where Cody and Lilly were able to read letters to each other.

Their Love Story
Cody and Lilly met coaching junior high basketball at Monroeville in the winter of 2018. We got to know each other by helping and watching each other coach while also watching high school games together. After his last game of the season on February 7th, 2019, Cody asked Lilly to be his girlfriend. He was afraid he would never see her again haha Fast forward - March 2020 Cody and Lilly moved into an apartment together. They made it through the pandemic and shut down without killing each other. On December 13th, 2020 Cody, Lilly, and part of her family went to the Cleveland Zoo Christmas lights. This is where Cody proposed. Cody is a teacher at Norwalk Local schools. Lilly is a teacher at Monroeville Local Schools. They both still coach basketball while Lillys coaches volleyball and track also.
